In this Real Talk conversation, OnJerya and I explore a powerful question through the lens of Fantasia’s journey: Did I truly heal, or did I simply change people and situations? As we reflect on her story, I am reminded how easy it is to confuse movement with healing. Sometimes we replace one relationship, job, or environment with another without addressing the deeper patterns within us. Real healing requires self-awareness, accountability, and the willingness to examine my own role in the choices I make. Distraction can feel productive, but true healing requires honesty and growth.
